Similar to the pirate Spica cartridges also produced in Asia Supervision have ripped off the basic design and color of the original asian cartridges. As well as Spica Supervision also used the same label art on all "their" games I guess to save money.

The only good thing about this cartridge is the case the game itself is nothing more than Super Mario Bros with the common title screen hack. Maybe they thought if there was no name on the title screen Nintendo wouldn't notice is was Super Mario and not sue them. :)
