This
is known as an HK original to most collectors this
simply means it was programmed from scratch by some
pirate outfit in Hong Kong. They do not always come
from Hong Kong however, games like this often turn
up in Asia and Russia.
The game itself is a port of the Sega Genesis (Mega
Drive) version. It's rather a good port as far as
pirate ports go but in this case that is a bad thing
as the original is crap.
Although the label says Pocahontas 2 the in game
title screen just says Pocohontos (yes spelt wrong).
