A prototype of the European exclusive game Formula 1 Sensation. I think this prototype is near final the only difference I have noticed is the extra long title Formula 1 Sensation Race with The Devil!. Nintendo censers are no doubt responsible for 'Race with The Devil!' being removed due to not liking the word devil.

This might also explain why Devil World got such a limited release, only Scandinavia and Japan.
